Minutes 0–15
We talk to you and whoever runs the day-to-day. Four questions: what a typical day looks like, where you personally lose the most time to repetitive work, what falls through the cracks, and what AI tools you've already tried. No pitching — from either side.
Minutes 15–45
We ask someone to actually do the most manual task they described — not describe it, do it. We watch intake, scheduling, quoting, billing, follow-up, and how the CRM really gets updated. The described friction and the actual friction are almost never the same thing.
Minutes 45–70
We map exactly three automation opportunities — not two, not five. Each gets: the manual step it replaces, the specific tools, the expected impact as a number (hours per week, quote turnaround, missed calls), and a build-time estimate. The easiest high-impact win goes first.
Minutes 70–90
Before we leave, you're holding the plan: the three moves, the recommended first one, what "done in 30 days" looks like as a measurable number, and what it costs if you want us to build it. It's yours to keep — run it with us, hand it to your team, or do nothing at all.
Straight answers
Our prices are on the label: fixed-price packages run $1,200–$1,800 installed plus $150–$200/month to keep them running. Custom builds run $2,500–$6,000 fixed scope. Care plans are $400–$1,200/month. No hourly billing, no open-ended engagements.
Free in San Diego County, and the plan is yours regardless. The "catch" is transparent: some businesses that get the plan hire us to build it. Outside SD County, the remote audit is $497, credited 100% toward implementation.
Every build has one agreed metric and a 30-day window. If the number hasn't moved by day 30, we keep building at no additional charge until it does. Your risk is operational, not financial — we stay accountable instead of disappearing after the invoice.
